A free-flowing, fun and informal workshop on how we tell stories about care, designed for people with lived experience of caregiving.
The session will include:
discussion around aspects of care, including isolation, routines, gallows humour, intimacy, coping & escapism
looking at examples of storytelling around these themes - trying out some simple writing & improvisational exercises for telling stories about care
creating and recording short audio pieces for you to keep
Participation is free. The workshop can take place online via Zoom or in-person and lasts approximately 90mins.
